Santa Grizz Came A Little Early This Year – Recap: Grizzlies vs Pacers

Following another ugly whipping on the road, your Memphis Grizzlies returned home last night to FedExForum to meet up with the Indiana Pacers.

It seems as though Santa Grizz received Carmen’s letter to him, and has seen fit to grace us good folks in the Bluff City with a bag of gifts a little bit early.
Most notably in the forms of Mike and Marc getting back to dominating offensively, Vince Carter turning back time and throwing down with some vintage Vinsanity, and Matt Barnes doing just a little bit of everything. The increased effort on both ends of the floor was definitely evident for the entire 48 minutes.
Grizzlies still not getting to the free throw line as much as usual, but did a much better job of knocking down shots from the stripe.

Mike Conley led Grizzlies in scoring with 20 points, as well as 8 assists, 4 rebounds, and 4 steals
Marc Gasol finished with 19 points, 12 rebounds, 6 assists, and 2 steals
Matt Barnes had 15 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals
Jeff Green finished with 11 points and 6 rebounds
