Grizz Flu hit seven players!!
Seven Grizzlies players are questionable for tomorrow night’s game against the Boston Celtics. Grizzlies were short handed five players in last night’s contest against the Toronto Raptors. Courtney Lee, Tony Allen, Beno Udrih, Kosta Koufos, and Jon Leuer all have a nasty stomach virus. According to the team, all 5 players had be treated at a local hospital in Toronto. The players were flown via a charter plane back to Memphis while the rest of the team remained behind to face the Raptors. Quincy Pondexter and Jarnell Stokes have been added to the list of sick players.
Kalin Lucas and Hassan Whiteside were signed late yesterday for insurance and to have enough bodies on the bench. Lucas saw minutes yet Whiteside did not. Grizzlies announced earlier today that both players have been waived.

It is not known who will actually play tomorrow night against the Celtics. We all hope that all the players make a full recovery and hope and pray no other player or member of the coaching staff becomes ill from this virus. As of now, the only thing this is wrecking this season is a stomach virus. We all know regardless of who is on the floor for this team, the grind don’t stop!!
